We have our state of the art knitting machines setup for fabric production, A variety of fabric can be developed as plain, cross, textured by our versatile facility.
Weaving
Consisting of 162 Sulzer looms that can produce fabric up to 150cm / 380 cm wide along with sizing and warping facilities. The daily production is about 27,000 meters in different constructions and widths.
Dyeing
We have in house fabric dyeing and garment wash facilities , For this purpose we have trained professional staff to meet customer standards.
Cutting
We have equipped with auto spreader, cutting tables fabric. The company is planning to add further new technology auto cutter as well. We have cutting capacity more than 300,000 Pcs /month
Press
Press is essential process to finish the garment, we have capacity around 300,000 Pcs /month.
Packing
Packing is the last process before shipping the goods, we have a well trained packing team to meet the customer requirements. We have a capacity of more than 300,000 Pcs /month.
